I’ve been physically active since my dad was my youth track coach at age four! I credit my good flexibility to the two years my mom encouraged me to practice gymnastics (it was either that or play an instrument). My career in the Navy has allowed me to maintain great physical standards as well. It wasn’t until 2017 that I decided to follow in my mother’s footsteps and give women’s body building a try. I fell in love with it! I have great genetic makeup (thanks mom and dad), so fortunately, I gain and hold lean muscle mass well. I opt for a 12 week, rigorous competition prep that focuses on clean nutrition, strength training and plenty of rest!
