I love food! I’ve only recently started appreciating food for the amazing ways it fuels my body and allows me to achieve my best physique when I’m preparing for a bodybuilding competition. I allow myself “cheat meals” and I’m very flexible during my off-season. I love creating healthy, easy to prepare meals with the budget conscious, busy mama in mind!
